KickStart Cloud PBX is an Office 365 pilot that enables the rapid deployment of Skype for Business Online with Cloud PBX and PSTN Calling. Utilizing the Skype Operations Framework, KickStart Cloud PBX effectively identifies your business needs, success criteria, and readiness to deploy Cloud PBX. Our Microsoft UC experts will guide you through your Microsoft Cloud-based voice implementation, including predeployment planning, configuration and testing for a pilot group of users, and user adoption and enablement.

Phase One: Plan

In the Planning phase, Cerium will identify the value Skype for Business can bring to your specific environment. We will review licensing and architecture options with you and help you define an adoption strategy. We will also work with you to confirm your network and infrastructure readiness.

Phase Two: Deliver

Delivery Activities

During the delivery stage, Office 365 Tenant is provisioned for Cloud PBX. Cerium will then test PSTN services and make them available to your pilot user group. During this phase, pilot users have peripherals and enabled accounts. Pilot users will then be trained on Skype for Business.
